Why use LED Lights?
1) LED lighting only uses 20% of the energy/electricity to product the same luminosity of traditional fluorescents lights. A 10 watts LED light tube/light bulb can replace a 50-60 watts traditional fluorescents light tube/light bulb.
2) LED lights do not contain pollutants and harmful materials like mercury. LED is also environmental friendly with no UV or infrared radiation.
3) Life of LED lighting is around 50,000 hours, while traditional lighting options can only work for around 1000 hours. The long life span can reduce maintenance cost.
4) Traditional light tubes produce rapid flickering and stroboscopic effects under operation. LED light tubes lumen is constant, providing better protection to users’ eyes.
5) LED light tube operates at about 5 OC above room temperature verse 25 OC for traditional fluorescent light tube as traditional fluorescent light uses 98% of its energy to produce heat. Lower temperature can decrease the room temperature, and less air-conditioning will be used.
